Do candidates pay a fee?

No. Our fees are paid by the hiring company. Candidates never pay Gerard Thomas anything, at any stage.

How long does a search take?

It depends on the role, its level and the market. On the intake call we give you a realistic timeline for your search and keep you updated as it moves.

Can you run a confidential search?

Yes. We regularly handle searches that cannot be public, including replacements. Outreach is discreet, and your company's name is shared only when you are ready.

Will my current employer know I'm looking?

No. Every résumé is reviewed confidentially, and we never send yours to an employer without your permission.

Do you offer temporary or contract-to-hire staffing?

Yes. Alongside executive search and direct-hire recruiting, we place contract consultants and temporary professionals, with contract-to-hire options when you want to evaluate fit first.
